About Devcon
Devcon is a medium-sized building contractor established in July 2013 by Lawrence Pope. We provide a specialised design and build service to housing providers and property developers in the south east of England.
Housing providers, in particular, have unique requirements in terms of design, sustainability and build quality. This requires a detailed understanding of the various standards that need to be achieved. We are ideally placed to call on our extensive experience and provide the best service at competitive rates.
